His attention to detail for instructions for every exercise really made me get the very best out of all my workouts. He also was constantly checking in on me to see if I needed any help and to make sure I was pushing myself. What I liked most was that it didn’t feel like an 8 week challenge where I’d see results and then things would go back to normal, the things he taught me will always stick with me.
Always responded to any questions I had straight away. Always accommodated any changes I wanted to make to my plan. Provided alternative exercises when I was unable to carry out the ones in the plan. And above all, always extremely friendly and motivating making it easy to get over the finish line!
I got a lot out of my program with Paudie. It really helped build habits that I can keep up in the future. Having someone I'm accountable to and am able to talk to if I have messed up really helped. I got stronger and leaner and fitter which is exactly what I wanted. The weekly check-ins helped me stay on track. I can't recommend Paudie enough as a trainer, for anyone at any level of fitness.
I benefited greatly from my plan. Very easy to follow, the video beside the workout showed me exactly what I had to do, so I had perfect form to prevent injury. Would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to change their lifestyle.
This programme really helped me gain back my love for the gym again, I enjoyed going and I enjoyed the process of it all. My mind was better, my sleep was better, my diet was better and my body started changing as I began to trust Paudie and what I was being told to do. Not only this but I learned so much new information along the way, about nutrition, training and how my own body works.

From day one all I needed was a solid plan to work on as I was unsure what to do in the gym on my own as all I had done before was fitness classes etc. You have made it tremendously easy for me to understand what I had and have to do week to week and always answered any question I had immediately even though we are in two different time zones and I look forward to keeping my new habits going for the foreseeable future and achieving that tedious muscle up.
I'm very happy with the progress I made but more importantly of the process overall. I now have a better idea of what to do to get in shape, what to do in the gym and how to monitor my calorie intake. Ive been able to see if I work smart and know what I'm doing then the results can be massive. And that comes down to the guidance from yourself Paudie! Any issues were talked over in great detail. Also you gave me great motivation all the way through. Worth every cent Paudie so thanks very much!
I would regularly go to the gym and try and watch what I eat, but nothing really was working. For the past few years I’ve been packing on the weight. I was at my heaviest and unhealthiest I’ve ever been in my life. From day one Paudie was a gent to deal with and set me realistic targets. He set up a unique training guide and a nutrition plan that was tough but again realistic and very doable. Overall I’m down 17 pounds and am absolutely over the moon with what a proper plan and dedication has done for me.
When the gyms closed during quarantine I decided to try Paudies 4-week plan to keep me on track. I’m so glad I did! I’d been recommended by a few people and I can honestly see why. He is so good at what he does and so informative. His plans are easy to follow and come with video demonstrations. I lost 2 kg and 5cm off my waist while still having my weekend treats (couldn’t sacrifice my glass or two of wine!!!). I couldn’t be happier with my results and would happily recommend him to anyone.
Any questions I ever had were answered immediately and reasons for the answers provided. Can honestly say I enjoyed every day out of the 8 weeks and the changes and challenges they brought! Top quality workouts and knowledge on all aspects of health and fitness and generally just a top trainer.
Amazing 8 weeks, thought I was going to hate every minute but ended up really enjoying it! You guided me towards the right food choices without me having to cut out any of my loved 'go to' comfort foods... so for that alone I thank you! You also really helped me to prioritise myself and my work/life balance is now back on track... something that had been completely taken over!
