200-250ml milk of choice
1 scoop of protein

20g peanut butter
1 tsp chia seeds
1 banana chopped

Method:
1. Add oats, whey and milk into a bowl.
2. Stir well and pop into the microwave for two minutes.
3. Take out, stir again and continue to add for thirty seconds until it gets to your preferred consistency.
