Protein Pancakes

Ingredients: 

1 red apple chopped

40g oats

3 egg whites

1 scoop of protein

Macros

Cals: 400kcal

Carbs: 39g

Pro: 46g

Fat: 4g

Note: toppings not included

Servings: 1 

Method:

1. Place a pan on medium heat

2. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

3. Add spray oil to the pan. 

4. Gently pour half the mixture on to the pan. 

5. Flip after 2 minutes but don’t press down to keep the pancakes fluffy.

6. After two more minutes set the first pancake aside and repeat with the rest of the batter. 

Peanut butter, Greek yogurt and fresh fruit are excellent additions to these.
